- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement consitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Issued as a request for Quotations (RFQ). This is an unfunded action as authorized by FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government?s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. The reference Number is 06TC 341. This solicitaton document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through federal Acqusisition Circular 2001-15 and DFARS change notice 20030722. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The anticipated award date is 26 July 2006, Standard Industrial code 5731, North American Industry Classification System Code 443112. The size standard is 750 employee's. The contractor will provide the following items: DESCRIPTION QUAN UNIT BenQ PB 6240 2700 Lumen XGA 30 EA 1024 X 768 6.4 lbs Portable DLP Projector (MLP 720p is the direct replacement unit) WACA 2 year Onsite MFG Warranty 30 EA The provision FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Comercial Items, is applicable to this solicitation and the blanks in section (a) are completed as follows: Price considerations. Offerors shall include with their quotes, a completed copy of 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items, 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Status or Executive Orders-- Commercial Items, 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer--Central Contractor Registration, and DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration, are applicable to this acquisition.
