- Description
- The 42d Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source GSA Delivery order to continue subscription access to electronic legal research databases of LexisNexis, 1150 18th Street NW, Ste 600, Washington, DC 20036-3843. The period of performance will be from 1 August 2006 thru 30 September 2006. This requirement is a sole source procurement under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 251, et seq, as implemented by FAR 8.401, Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Program. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the above subscriptions, they must respond with supporting documentation of their technical capabilities before 4:00 p.m. CST on 24 July 2006.
