- The Government intends to procure on an Other than Full and Open Competition basis with Morrison Management Specialists, Inc., 5801 Peachtree Dunwoody Road NE, Atlanta, GA 30342-1503, for meal vouchers at St. Louis University Hospital cafeteria in support of United States Air Force School of Aerospace Medicine (USAFSAM) C-STARS Program. The requirement is for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for a 4 year period. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. If additional information pertaining to this announcement is required; you may contact Dianna Saenz, Contracting Officer, at the telephone and email address provided herein. All requests must reference the Solicitation Number. All responsible sources capable of meeting the requirement may submit a proposal, which will be considered by the agency. See Note 22.
