- This is a sources sought synopsis. This is not a Request for Proporsal (RFP). These items are being considered for Option 4 on contract F41608-00-D-0323. This is a long term requirements type contract with General Electric. The contract consists of sole Source items. The items are coded "4D", indicating a unique design capability that is only available through the prime vendor or "4H", indicating a lack of sufficient data to allow competition. Qualification Requirements are currently not applicable to this requirement. Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center (OC-ALC) manages the items. If a source becomes qualifed after the items have been added to the contract, the item(s) will be removed from the contract when the next option is exercised. Only writtten or faxed requests received directly from the requestor are aceptable.
