Foreign participation is not permitted, due to the set-aside status of this acquisition.*** This acquisition is for a five-year requirements contract for the following items. Item 0001 NSN: 2330-01-300-4482 QP, NOUN: 600 Gallon Bowser, BEQ ten (10) per year. Item 0002 NSN: 2330-01-301-0753 QP, NOUN: 200 Gallon Bowser, BEQ sixteen (16) per year. Item 0003 NSN: 2330-01-245-9458 QP, NOUN: 400 Gallon Bowser, BEQ 20 per year. These items are applicable to general flight-line and maintenance facility use. FUNC: Intended for receiving, vacuum pick-up, temporary storage, ground transport, and gravity draining of recoverable fuel. No technical data is available. The fuel bowser must be able to perform all the specified functions in commercial item description (CID) A-A-58091 ? TRAILER, TANK MOUNTED, RECOVERABLE AVIATION TURBINE FUEL (BOWSERS): 200, 400 AND 600 GALLON CAPACITY ? dated 01 Jul 2003. A copy of the CID will be provided with the RFP.
