- Description
- Contractor to provide all materials, labor, and supervision to construct a 3200 SF storage facility. Scope of work includes the erection of a five bay structure with standing seam roof, brick wainscot, utilities, latrine, HVAC, insulation, access apron, sidewalks, five insulated overhead doors with operations, fire/smoke detectors, fire suppression, site work, landscaping, and required force protection features. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This proposed acquisiton is Unrestricted. All responsible bidders must be CCR registered to be considered for award.
