- Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitat ion; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W67K2S 6150-0500 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Quotations shall be received in the contracting office by 4:30 p.m. (MST), July 26, 2006. The RFQ shall result in a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. This solicitation is 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 541618. The USPFO for Utah has a requirement to pu rchase a Telecommunications Management Solution System. The telecommunications system is required to automate network operations and management functions to help improve services and maximize profitability for the facility and provide call and billing inf ormation to provide a means to realize a profit margin on the calls generated. System will be delivered and installed at the Utah National Guard Headquarters, 12953 South Minuteman Drive, Draper, UT 84020. The Offerors shall be registered in the DOD Cen tral Contractor Registration (CCR). Information concerning CCR requirements may be viewed via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov or by calling the CCR Registration Centers at 1-888-227-2423. Only contractors registered in the Central Contractor Registrat ion (CCR) can be awarded the contract. Offerors shall have electronic funds transfer (EFT) capability. Offerors proposals shall be valid for a minimum of 30 days to be acknowledged in the offerors proposal. In accordance with FAR52.212-2 Evaluation of Commercial Items (Jan 1999) (a), The Government intends to make an award to the Contractor who submits the lowest, technically responsive proposal, and is deemed acceptable and responsible by the Contracting Officer.
