- Description
- The U.S. Army Armaments, Research Development & Engineering Center-Picatinny Center for Contracting and Commerce (ARDEC-Picatinny)intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole source purchase order for engineering models for a helical generator design, axial initiator and conical shaped charge liner design, using theoretical, analytical and computational tools, from Enig Associates, Inc., of Silver Spring, MD. This action is intended to encompass a three(3)year effort. Sole-source authority is FAR 6.302-1 (a)(2)(ii)-follow- on contract. As the designer and developer , Enig Associates is the only firm with the required technical and engineering expertise that can support this effort. See Numbered Note 22.
