- The Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Bragg, NC is soliciting proposals to enter into a No-cost Agreement for Plasma Exchange. The purpose of the agreement is to provide for the collection and sale of recovered human plasma and frozen plasma fr om the Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC); establishment and maintenance of a monetary account from the sale of recovered human plasma; and the purchasing of donor incentives from the established account. The Contractor shall purchase recovered human plasm a and frozen plasma from the Government; credit the money from those purchases to a Government account, which the Government will use to order donor incentives and other products. No actual money will be exchanged between the Government and the Contractor, only supplies. This is a total 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code for this action is 621991. There will be a base period of performance of two (2) months and four 12-month option periods. WAMC will consider all responsible sources responding t o this Request for Quotes (RFQ). RFQ W91YTZ-06-T-0105 is attached. The due date for receipt of proposals will be approx. 7 days after posting of the RFQ. All questions/concerns about the RFQ shall be submitted via email to lourdes.brown1@us.army.mil. N o telephone requests will be accepted. The Government anticipates making a single award from this solicitation. It is the offeror responsibility to monitor the site for amendments to the solicitation. The Government will consider proposals from all respons ible sources. Copies of the RFQ can be requested by e-mail at lourdes.brown1@us.army.mil.
