Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service will be soliciting competitive proposals that will require a laboratory to provide an analytical report of specific inorganic compounds contained in samples of animal or plant tissues, or sediment for the base period of one year starting on October 1, 2006, with four option years. As a part of the evaluation process, offerors will be required to analyze test samples. Solicitation should available via electronically at http://ideasec.nbc.gov/. Under the related links heading, click on business opportunities. Questions concerning access to the NBC site may be directed to the NBC help desk. The solicitation will be available approximately fifteen days after issuance of this notice. Proposals and check sample results will be due 45 days after date of issuance. Specific instructions for requesting check samples will be in the solicitation. Multiple, indefinite-delivery type awards are anticipated. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 541380 and the PSC is B504. Telephone/written requests for copies of the solicitation will not be honored. This solicitation is being competed under full and open procedures.
