Description: The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for a collaborative working relationship with The Wildlife Society for the development and exchange of science based biological information for natural resource managers. This service is known to be available only from The Wildlife Society. The USGS intends to make an award to The Wildlife Society unless it is contacted by any vendor who believes they can provide the same service. Vendors are invited to contact the Contracting Officer at kstaubs@usgs.gov no later than August 1, 2006 with an affirmative answer.
