Description

The U.S Naval Hospital Okinawa, intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with Musculoskeletal Tissue Foundation for T-PLIF Allograft Bone Spacers to include the following schedule of supplies: 1) SPACER FREEZE-DRIED 9MM T-PLIF,P/N: 014909A,6EA 2SPACER FREEZEDRIED 11MM T-PLIF,P/N: 014911A, 2EA 3) SPACER FREEZEDRIED 13MM T-PLIF, 014913A, 2EA 4) PUTTY DBX 1CC, P/N: 038010P, 6EA 5) PUTTY DBX 5CC, P/N: 038050P, 6EA 6) DEMIN. CORTICAL POWDER 1CC, P/N: 120077, 10EA 7) CANCELLOUS CHIPS 15CC, P/N: 800145, 1EA. Shipping shall be direct to U.S Naval Hospital Okinawa, Japan. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. The NAICS for this action is 339113. These items are presently used in the Main Operating Room in conjunction with the Synthes T-PLIF System, and therefore must be compatible. This acquisition will be processed under Commercial Item Procedures of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 52.212-1,52.212-3, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5 Commercial Terms and Conditions. Telephone inquiries or requests will not be accepted. Responses received will be evaluated, however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government.
