Description: The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a cost plus fixed fee delivery order to Raytheon Company under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-05-G-0008. The delivery order is for Raytheon to develop and test Precision Location and Identification (PLAID) algorithm. PLAID algorithm is now available as a result of the insertion of the digital parameter measurement path into the receiver of the AN/ALR-67(V)3. Raytheon Company as the designer, developer, and sole manufacturer of the AN/ALR-67(V)3 is the only known source available to provide the required effort in the required time frame.
