- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote and incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-11. Based on previous market research, the Government anticipates an award, on a sole source basis, to Buffalo Computer Graphics, Inc. however, all other timely offers will be considered. This is a purchse for the upgrade of the current Advanced Radar Plotting Aid Lab located at the Surface Warfare Officer School (SWOS), Newport RI. The following items are required: CLIN 0001 Part No. (51-210745) PC Radar (SPS-73 with BME) Qty 33 Each CLIN 0002 Part No. (51-210748) AIS Functionality for PC Radar Qty 33 Each CLIN 0003 Part No. (01-210937-1) AIS Control Software Qty 1 Each CLIN 0004 Installation and Training Qty 1 Each Delivery shall be made no later than 30 days after contract award; acceptance shall be made at destination upon delivery. Delivery shall be made FOB Destination.
