- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the request for quote for the required items under RFQ N00189-06-T-0135. A subsequent solicitation document will not be issued. FISC Norfolk intends to award a firm fixed price contract for Brand Name Mandatory/Sole Source as follows: (1) 117 (one hundred seventeen) 68-CP-2455, 6X8 Side Plate #2455 and (2) 117 (one hundred seventeen) SPC03-DC Side Plate Carrier Desert Camo, Molle Attachment. Items are manufactured by Protective Products International Corp, 530 Sawgrass Corporate Parkway, Sunrise, Florida 33325-65210. Delivery: 6 (six) weeks after the receipt of order, FOB Destination: Delivery Point Destination to Norfolk, VA.
