- The Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to OML Inc., on other than full and open competitive basis a contract for upgrade of 1 each V05VNA2-T module to V05VNA2-T/R module Part No. V05VNA2-T/R, 1 each V03VNA2-T module to V03VNA2-T/R-A Part No. V03VNA2-T/R-A, 1 each Single Diode Unbalanced Harmonic Mixer WR-05, 140-220GHz Part No. M05HWD and 1 each LO/IF Diplexer for Agilent/HP Spectrum Analyzers Part No. DPL26. Sole source based on equipment being compatible to OML Inc. (Microsoft IE required). See note(s) 22. Vendors who feel that they can provide the above equipment shall fully identify their interest and submit their capabilities to meet the above requirements within 15 days after the publication of this synopsis. Responses received after 15 days or without the required information will be considered non-responsive to the synopsis and not be considered. Note: All offerors will be ineligible for award unless they have registered in DOD?s Central Contractor Registration database.
