- This procurement is restricted 8A competitive. Training Barracks Improvement Program, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. Estimated cost of construction is $5,000,000.00 to $10,000,000.00. The NAICS Code assigned is 236116 with a size standard of $ 31,000,000.00. Construction completion is 730 calendar days. The Scope of this project includes the assessment and restoration of selected barracks buildings for deficiencies and conditions which are considered sub-standard and noncompliant to codes and regulations and standards. The restoration will include a design solution that will address the assessed deficiencies which shall bring the ISR ratings of the evaluated buildings up to Green. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. It is imperative that all small disadvantaged business (SDB) contact their cognizant Small Business Administration (SBA) Office to obtain Small Disadvantaged Business Certification. Without SBA SDB certification, a prime contra ctor or a federal agency can receive SDB credit when utilizing non-certified SDB contractors/subcontractors. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge, to all authenticated accountholders of Federal Technical Data Solution System (FedTeds) a one time registration process for vendors/contractors accounts may be only be attained by CCR registered contractors/vendors go to www.fedteds.gov for additional information.
