Description

HUBZONE Set-Aside. The U.S. Geological Survey, EROS Data Center, has a requirement for Interior Building Renovations - 1305 Area consisting of 1) demolition requirements for renovations to various office spaces; 2) new construction requirements for renovations to various office spaces; 3) dust protection. The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, transportation, materials, equipment, documentation, and other requirements to complete the projects (unless otherwise specified). The estimated cost range for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The work will be performed at the EROS Data Center, Mundt Federal Building, Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 7/26/2006 and can be found at the following website addresses: http://ideasec.nbc.gov or www.fedbizopps.gov. A site visit is scheduled on 8/10/2006 at 10:00 am CST. The details are listed in the solicitation. No hard copies of the solicitation will be available. Telephone and e-mail requests for the solicitation will not be accepted. All interested Hubzone offerors responding to this solicitation shall download the solicitation from the website given and provide a written response by the due date indicated in the solicitation. Only written offerors received by the due date will be accepted. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Hubzone small business concerns. The NAICS code is 238390, with a size standard of $13 million. All responsible Hubzone business concerns may submit a bid at a fair market price. Numbered note 27 applies.
