- This procurement is totally Set-Aside for Small Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses only. The contractor shall supply all labor, materials, supervision, materials, supplies, equipment, and management for the Replacement of AHU Pre-heat and Cooling Coils located in Buildings 1, 2, and 5 located at the Internal Revenue Service, 1040 Waverly Avenue, Holtsville, NY 11746. This Procurement is set aside for (SDVOB) under the NAICS Code of: 238220. This Solicitation will be electronically posted on the internet at http://www.fedbizopps.gov on are about June 29, 2006. Interested parties may request copies of the Solicitation and Drawings by completing the “Document Security Form” attachment and fax request to 718-254-7083, Attn: Deborah Malachi. A valid copy of your Driver’s License must accompany the disclosure statement forms. It is the offeror’s responsibility to monitor the site for release of any amendment to the Solicitation. NOTICE TO PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS/OFFERORS. This Solicitation includes sensitive but unclassified (SBU) building information. SBU documents provided under this Solicitation are intended for use by authorized users only. In support of this requirement, GSA requires bidders/offerors to exercise reasonable care when handling documents relating to SBU building information. REASONABLE CARE: 1. Limiting dissemination of information shall only be made upon determination to authorized users. Dissemination of information shall only be made upon determination that the recipient is authorized to receive it. These criteria to determine authorization is need-to-know. This includes all persons or firms necessary to do work at the request of the Government, such as architects and engineers, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, and others that the contractor deems necessary in order to submit an offer/bid or to complete the work or contract, as well as maintenance and repair contractors equipment service contractors. The completion time for this project is approximately 38 weeks.
