- Description
- The USCG MLCP in Alameda, CA, proposes to contract for Environmental Compliance Workshops. The contractor shall furnish instructors to provide training material, training aids and transportation to instruct hazardous waste coordinators on safe handling procedures and management of hazardous waste at various training locations provided by the Government in Kodiak and Anchorage, AK; Seattle, WA; Honolulu, Hi and Alameda, CA.. All instructors must comply with requirements of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, Super-Fund Amendments and Reauthorization Act, Occupational Safety and Health Act, Toxic Substances Act, Clean Water Act, Safe Drinking Water Act, Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act, Clean Air Act and Hazardous Material Transportation Uniform Safety Act. This procurement is 100% small business set aside. The solicitation is proposed to include a base year and four option years. The base year performance period is from 01 October 2006 to 30 September 2007. The government anticipates this solicitation to result in an award of Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract.
