- The Fleet Industrial Supply Center, Jacksonville, FL, intends to negotiate a firm fixed price 100% SBSA contract with Aransas-Corpus Christi Pilots, a sole source small business in Port Aransas Texas. Harbor Pilot service to include craft and qualified Maritime graduates licensed for 1600 ton vessels at Ingleside harbor. US security clearance required. Contract service to commence 01 November 2006 for base year with 4 subsequent option years. This procurement will be processed under FAR 6.302. This is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals that clearly demonstrate the ability to meet the needs of the Government and are received within five (5) days of the publish date of this notice. A Determination not to compete this proposed contract NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (27-JUN-2006).
