- The previous modification of the combined synopsis/solicitation contained the following question and answer: Will the FDA provide the contractor with lists from which to recruit? A. No. Additional clarification is added at this time as follows. FDA does not possess recruitment or source lists and seeks a contractor that can recruit the target participants needed for the project as described in the announcement. A substantial portion of the technical merit score may depend on an offeror's documented ability to recruit the necessary participants. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (18-JUL-2006); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
