Description: Government-owned, Contractor operated (GOCO) Fuel Services, to include alongside aircraft refueling, bulk storage and distribution, cryogenics, ground fuel delivery and fuels accounting within the Pensacola, Florida region. (DFSP Pensacola, NAS Pensacola and NAS Whiting Field). The contractor shall provide all necessary management, supervision, personnel, labor, materials, parts, general and specialized equipment to maintain and operate Government (Navy) owned fuel and cryogenics facilities and equipment at various location within the Pensacola Region. Contractor furnished refueling vehicles, tools and specialized equipment are required. The estimated performance period is July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2011. Services are currently being performed by contractors. This procurement will be unrestricted. The solicitation will be published electronically on both the Fed Biz Opps website and the DESC-FP solicitation download website. http://www.desc.dla.mil/DCM/DCMPage.asp?pageid=45 Solicitation will not be posted to either website until the middle to the end of August 2006.
