Description
This synopsis is modified to show that 60% of the contract will be set aside for small business; 40% will be set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB). In the event the Government needs to dissolve the SDVOB set aside portion, the 40% portion will also be a Small Business Set Aside, therefore all interested Small Businesses are encouraged to review the solictation and submit offers for both the 60% and 40% portion. The resulting contracts will be Indefinite Delivery Type Contracts with Base Term, plus Four (4) One Year Option Terms Item 0001 Sweatshirt, MC, NSN 8415-01-443-9870(S) Base Year 60,000 EA Min/ 120,000 EA Max, First Year Option -60,000 EA Min/120,000 EA Max, Second Year Option 60,000 EA Min/120,000 EA Max, Third Year Option 60,000 EA Min/120,000 EA Max, and Fourth Year Option 60,000 EA Min/120,000 EA Max. Item 0002 Sweatpants, MC, NSN 8415-01-443-7722 Base Year 60,000 EA Min/ 120,000 EA Max, First Year Option -60,000 EA Min/120,000 EA Max, Second Year Option 60,000 EA Min/120,000 EA Max, Third Year Option 60,000 EA Min/120,000 EA Max, and Fourth Year Option 60,000 EA Min/120,000 EA Max. Delivery locations CONUS. Solicitation will be issued using negotiated method of procurement. Trade-off procedures apply: Product Demonstration Model, Experience/Past Performance. Successful offeror(s) will be awarded the entire contract; therefore offeror must bid on base year, and all option years. Multiple awards may be made.
