Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Roseburg Healthcare System, 913 NW Garden Valley Blvd., Roseburg, Oregon, has a set-aside construction project for 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) for the Bldg.2 Mental Health Clinic Remodel - Phase 2, who can perform NAICS Code 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish all necessary materials, labor and qualified supervision for the Bldg. 2 - Mental Health Clinic Remodel - Phase 2 as required by drawings and specifications. NAICS Code 236220/ size standard: $31.0 million. This solicitation is a request for proposal (RFP) and award will be based on evaluation factors and cost/price. Project cost range between $250,000 and $500,000. Electronic solicitation, specifications and drawings may be obtained at no cost from the following URL: www.fedbizopps.gov - the solicitation will be made available after August 3, 2006. Offeror's will need to click on "find business opportunities" and then identify the solicitation number for this procurement: VA-653-06RP0008 in order to download the solicitation documents. Offeror's will be charged $200.00 deposit per each set of drawings requested in hard copy. Offeror must return drawings within 5-days after due date of solicitation or lose $200.00 deposit for drawings. The due date for this solicitation is September 6, 2006, by 2:00 p.m. pacific standard time.
