Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is W81UBH61440001 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Request for Quotes are due by August 4, 1:00 p.m. (Local Time). The RFQ will result in a firm fixed price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) co de for this acquisition is 444110. The United States Property and Fiscal Office of the Oregon Army National Guard is soliciting quotes to procure the following supply or services: STATEMENT OF WORK 1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES / SUPPLY: Purchase a minimum of nine Metal car port type systems for working and storing equipment out doors. " Must support up to 25 pounds of snow load per square foot " Metal frame is to be constructed of rust resistant heavy-duty rectangular 15 gauge galvanized square steel frame tubing with guaranteed minimum yield strength of 50,000-KSI, Anchors for ground installation. " Legs spaced at a minimum of 4.5' apart Metal Roofing constructed of 12 Gauge Steel " Roof goes over the side a minimum of ? of the way down each side. And may need to be closed on one end. " Silicon coating on roof with warranty as not to require frequent paint Shelter must be able to be installed on ground, gravel or concrete. 9 High at sides and 15H at Peak w/ ground anchors " Product is to carry a 20-year warranty, covering workmanship and material quality. " Color; Slate blue top w/ pebble beige sides. " In 50 & 60 structures a minimum of 4 clear panels for light. panels " 4 each 25X30 " 1 each 25X25 " 1 each 12 6 X 20 " 1 each 25 X 50 " 1 each 30X60 " 1 each 30X50 2. DELIVERY SUMMARY " Location of delivery OSMS, Attn: Allied Trades, 10101 SE Clackamas Rd, Camp Withycombe, Clackamas, Oregon 97015 " We need to be contacted one week prior to delivery for site preparation. 3. GOVERNMENT-FURNISHED PROPERTY AND SERVICES: NONE 4. GENERAL INFORMATION The vendor needs to present bids to provide metal carport type structures, to be delivered and assembled on site. Assembling and shipping to be included in the bid amount. The vendors must attend a pre-bid conference at the Camp Withycombe site on July 2 6, 2006 at 11:00 am local time, prior to bidding. A copy of the blue prints is available, so that the vendor can see where the carports will be located. Email Brandy.Kloock@or.ngb.army.mil and request a copy. 5. Only contra ctors who are registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) can be awarded a contract. Offerors must have electronic funds transfer (EFT) capability. Offerors proposals shall be valid for a minimum of 30 days to be acknowledged in the offerors proposal. 52.212-2 Evaluation of Commercial Items (Jan 1999) (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the lowest priced offer which is both techn ically acceptable and shows satisfactory past performance.
