Description
Anniston Army Depot (ANAD) is seeking companies who have the capability, required working knowledge and security clearance, to provide administrative support and system maintenance services for the ANAD Enterprise GIS. Anniston Army Depot developed an Enterprise Geographic Information System (GIS) warehouse and intranet data viewer (the System) to manage documents, facility information, spatial information and to provide a resource for decision support. This system serves a critical role in supply ing a broad scope of data to base personnel in support of daily operations. The System accesses data from a variety of legacy data sources. The Contractor shall provide application development and integration services to insure system interfaces to FEMS, IFS, HMMS, and other systems are operational, secure, and up-to-date. The Contractor will update GISWEB as data is added to ArcSDE and shall recommend updates to commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) components of the System. The Systems COTS software component s include Microsoft Windows 2000, Oracle, ESRI ArcIMS and ArcSDE, New Atlanta ServletExec, and Macromedia Cold Fusion. The Contractor shall apply software upgrades, maintenance releases, improvements and security patches to COTS components in order to com ply with Department of the Army security requirements, as well as industry standards and the System needs. The Contractor shall have an up-to-date problem list which the Depot can update with problems within the System. The Contractor will have staff clea red to work on the Depot Servers and a server and/or servers at the Contractor site that is cleared to mirror the depot GIS servers. The Contractor shall install and test software and security updates prior to installation at the Depot.
