PRON: AX6F6210; NSN: 5180-01-270-0714; P/N: 7-363100003-603; NOUN: Tool Kit, Aircraft M; Quantity: Minimum/38 kits Maximum/114 kit applicable to the AH-64 AIRFRAME. Production Lead-time with First Article Testing is 38 kits due 90 days after contract award. Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 38 each 60 days after contract award. Production Lead-time when Alternate II clause is recommended is 38 kits due 75 days after contract award with delivery to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. This item is restricted to McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Company Cage 8V613 and Enginetics Corporatio n Cage 60168. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation however; the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC ., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470.
