Description: The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a Delivery Order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Number N00421-05-G-0001 for test and integration technical support for the SCS-05 PET and Flight Testing of MSI and AODS. NAVAIR intends to negotiate this Order on a sole source basis with Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (NGSC), 600 Grumman Road West, Bethpage, New York 11714. NGSC is the designer, developer and sole manufacturer and systems integrator of the E-2C aircraft and weapon system and as such is the only firm with the knowledge, experience and technical data necessary to provide the required supplies and services in a timely manner for the purposes of meeting the fleet?s operational needs.
