- GSA Global Supply is seeking sources to provide various products needed by the Federal Government on a recurring basis. The primary requirement is ability to provide products to support FEMA disaster relief on an expedited basis (preferably within 24 hours); however contract solution with normal delivery will also be made available to all GSA customers. GSA's preference is to award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) to GSA multiple award schedule contractors; however GSA is willing to consider an open market contract solution. GSA anticipates awarding a single BPA/contract for each of the following Special Item Number (SIN) categories below. Period of Performance for the BPAs will have a base year with four one-year options. While GSA is interested in awarding a broad offering of products under each of these SINs, the vendor must at a minimum offer the product shown to the right of the SIN: Federal Supply Schedule 51 V, SIN 105-002, Food storage containers and propane tanks Federal Supply Schedule 56, SIN 361-10F, Portable office buildings Federal Supply Schedule 56, SIN 361-10G, Portable office buildings Federal Supply Schedule 56, SIN 563-19, Plywood Federal Supply Schedule 73, SIN 302-2, Non-perishable subsistence meals Federal Supply Schedule 75, SIN 75-200, Bottled water and diapers Federal Supply Schedule 78, SIN 192-33A, Cots and tents Federal Supply Schedule 78, SIN 192-45, Underwear Federal Supply Schedule 78, SIN 251-13, Mobile homes and travel trailers Those vendors that are interested in participating in this opportunity must provide answers to the following questions: 1. Do you have a current GSA contract and if so what is your contract number? 2. What is your business size (large or small) and socioeconomic category, if any? 3. What is your delivery range (preference 48 contiguous states and D.C.)? 4. What is your standard delivery timeframe? 5. What is your expedited delivery timeframe (preference 24 hours)? 6. Does your company have a contact point that can be made available 24/7 during an emergency? 7. What method of order acceptance do you use (EDI, fax, other)?" 8. How does your company handle order processing for expedited delivery orders (such as shipping prior to purchase order receipt)?
