Description: The Middle East Partnership Iniative (MEPI) provides tools to participants as they build democracies, strengthen education, empower women, and create economic opportunities. The purpose of the Alumni Network is to enable anyone who has participated as a beneficiary in a MEPI-sponsored program will be considered an alumnus and is to be invited to participate in the MEPI Alumni Network. All questions shall be submitted via email to BraceyKM@state.gov by Friday, July 28, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed out and no telephone calls will be accepted. Attached please find solicitation.
