Description: The work will consist of the design, fabrication, and turnkey installation of equipment and engineering applications necessary for a 30,000 #/hr coal-fired flue gas recirculating fluidized bed boiler. The Subcontractor (vendor) shall provide a turnkey system including all equipment, materials, labor, installation, transportation to ABL plant, unloading, moving into place, hook-up, start-up, and testing. A West Virginia's contractors license is required. Bid packages will be available on or after August 7, 2006.
