- This project contains construction of (2) two dikes (4) four ditch plugs, and (3) three push in ditch plugs to restore wetlands in Clarendon County, South Carolina. Specific items of work includes an estimated: 3,400 cu yds of earthfill for dikes and ditch plugs; 5.3 acres of clearing and grubbing; 9.6 acres of seeding; and furnishing and installing a 24 inch diameter corrugated HDPE, smooth wall interior pipe with inline water control structure in Dike 2. The performance time is 69 calendar days (including mobilization). The estimated price is in the range of $25,000 to $100,000. This solicitation is subject to full and open competition. The NAICS code for this procurement is 237990. This solicitation will be available for viewing and/or downloading from website, www.fedbizzops.gov, on or about August 7, 2006. Interested parties are invited to attend a site showing on Wednesday, August 16, 2006, at 9:00 a.m., at the Clarendon County Service Center at 9-B West Rigby Street, Manning, South Carolina. After a brief meeting, a tour of the site will be held.
