Description: The National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) requires services to conduct a national survey of residential care facilities. The project is a continuation of efforts begun under contract #HHS-10-06-0025, TO #0009 and will require the development of a computer assisted personal interview program, conduct of a pre-test of the survey methods and instruments, conduct of a nationally representative survey and processing of the data from the pretest and the national survey.
