Description

The Department of Homeland Security, Science and Technology, System Engineering Development will procure on a sole source basis from Digital Infuzion, 656 Quince Orchard Road, Suite 300, Gaithersburg, MD 20878 to develop Operational Concepts for the BioWatch Program. The primary purpose of the Operational Concepts are to establish standardized, repeatable and controlled processes that result in operational efficiencies and improved support services for the BioWatch program. In this process, the performer will describe lifecycle templates for the BioWatch program that characterize the set of activities appropriate for each operational mode. For each mode, it will depict the tasks for each step of the lifecycle, identify the key stakeholders and suggest improvements and recommend next steps. OPO/SED intends to award within 30 days of this notice. This is not a request for quotes.
