- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Privatized Corrections Contracting, Office, Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient substance abuse treatment services, within a five-mile radius of the Pensacola Community Services Center, located at 5445 A Duval Street, Pensacola, Florida 32503. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period to begin on October 1, 2006 with four (4) one-year option periods, with service ending (if all options years are renewed) on September 30, 2011. The services required for this contract include a Base Year, Option Year One, Option Year Two, Option Year Three and Option Year Four, respectively. Base Year: Estimated number of inmates 22: Intake Assessments (one per inmate) for 2 inmates = 2 assessments; Individual Counseling Sessions ( 30 minutes = 1 unit), 24 units (per inmate)x 22 = 528 units; Group Counseling Sessions (30 minutes = 1 unit) 72 units (per inmate) x 22 = 1584; Family Counseling Sessions ( 30 minutes = 1 unit) 12 units (per inmate) x 6 = 72; Mental Health Intake assessment and report (one assessment and report per inmate) for 6 inmates = 6; Medication Monitoring 1 units per inmate for 10 inmates = 10 units; Intensive Outpatient Counseling (30 minutes per unit) 12 units per inmate for 6 inmates = 72 units; Mental Health /Group Counseling (30 minutes per unit) x 6 inmates = 72 units Option Year One: Estimated Number of Inmates 23: Intake assessment (one per inmate) for 2 inmates = 2 assessments; Individual Counseling Sessions (30 minutes = 1 unit) 24 units (per inmate) x 23 = 552 units; Group Counseling Sessions (30 minutes = 1 unit) 72 units (per inmate) x 23 = 1656 units; Family Counseling (30 minutes per unit) 12 units(per inmate) x 6 = 72 units; Mental Health Intake Assessment and Report (one assessment and report per inmate) for 6 inmates = 6 assessment and report; Medication Monitoring 1 unit per inmate for 10 inmates =10 units; Intensive Outpatient Counseling (30 minutes per unit) 12 units per inmate for 6 inmates= 72 units; Mental Health/Individual Counseling (30 minutes per unit) 12 units per inmate for 6 inmates = 72 units; Mental Health /Group Counseling (30 minutes per unit) x 6 inmates = 72 units. Option Year Four: Estimated Number of Inmates 28: Intake assessment (one per inmate) for 2 inmates = 2 assessments; Individual Counseling Sessions (30 minutes = 1 unit) 24 units (per inmate) x 28 = 672 units; Group Counseling Sessions (30 minutes = 1 unit) 72 units (per inmate) x 28 = 2016 units; Family Counseling (30 minutes per unit) 12 units(per inmate) x 6 = 72 units; Mental Health Intake Assessment and Report (one assessment and report per inmate) for 6 inmates = 6 assessment and report; Medication Monitoring 1 unit per inmate for 10 inmates =10 units; Intensive Outpatient Counseling (30 minutes per unit) 12 units per inmate for 6 inmates= 72 units; Mental Health/Individual Counseling (30 minutes per unit) 12 units per inmate for 6 inmates = 72 units; Mental Health /Group Counseling (30 minutes per unit) x 6 inmates = 72 units. The services shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment (TDAT) Statement of Work dated June 2006. The request for quotation will be available on or after August 11, 2006 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities web site http: //www.fedbizopps.gov. Faith-Based and Community -Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The BOP anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract.
