Description

The VA Heartland Network 15 has a requirement for courier services between the VA Medical Center, 5500 East Kellogg, Wichita, KS 67218, the VA Medical Center, 4801 Linwood Blvd., Kansas City, MO 64128 and five (5) Community Based Outpatient Clinics. Courier services shall be provided daily Monday through Friday, including Saturdays, Sundays and Federal Holidays. Contract will be for a base period estimated to begin October 1, 2006 through September 30, 2007 with option to renew 4 additional one-year periods. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for award to Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns. Offers or quotations from other than service-disable veteran-owned small business concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Proposals will be evaluated on best value and past performance in accordance with the evaluation procedures of the solicitation. Request for Quotation will be available on or about June 23, 2006. Due date for receipt of offers is July 21, 2006, 4:00 p.m. CST. Anticipated award date is August 14, 2006.
