Description
This modification to the subject solicitation number serves as the notice of the site visit information. The site visit will be restricted to those individual companies that have expressed an interest in this requirement. Only two participants from each company will be allowed to attend the site visit. The deadline to express your company's interest in the site visit is Tuesday, July 25, 2006 at 12:00 pm eastern standard time. All participants should plan to meet at the Visitor Control Center at 9:00 am eastern standard time. The address of Visitor Control Center is as follows: The Pentagon 9000 Defense Pentagon Washington, DC 20301 Participants should arrive at Pentagon/Metro/subway entrance for processing. The following is required to visit Pentagon: 1. All foreign nationals and U.S. Citizens/visitors without Pentagon or DoD building pass must be escorted by CCE/DoD Designated employee. 2. Provide names of all visitors to me by July 25, 2006. List will go on the roster for faster processing through security at second check-point. Please note that for foreign national and U.S. Citizens, driver's license and work I.D are required. Foreign national must also bring passport. 3. There are two check-points. The first one is the guard station right outside the Pentagon building, at Metro subway entrance to the Pentagon. Briefcases and I.D.'s will be checked. (You will be asked to provide a valid drivers license or passport). T he second check point is inside the Pentagon. At this point, please call me, and I will come down to identify myself as your escort. Then, you will receive a temporary/visitor's pass. 4. Once you are checked-in, you will be escorted to the designated location. 5.
