- BPA 6FLS-B8-062990-I for FSC 8040, Adhesives will be issued July 21, 2006 and closes on August 21, 2006. This Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) contains 43 SOP National Stock Numbers (NSN's). The period of this BPA will be for 5 years, beginning 10/01/2006, or date of award, through 09/30/2011 (or 5 years from date of award). NSN's are in accordance with Brand Name Part Numbers, Commercial Item Descriptions (CIDs), American Society of Testing and Materials Specification (ASTM) and Military Specifications. NOTE: 1 Item contains Qualified Products List (QPL) requirements. See Item Purchase Descriptions/Schedule of Items for Individual NSN requirements. Shipment will be 30 Days ARO and FOB Origin, pre-pay and add. Quantity Price Breaks are included on the Bid Schedule and award will be made in the aggregate (item by item basis). This BPA is available on the Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fbo.gov. Please place your quotes, with quantity price breaks, in the bid schedule that precedes the Schedule of Items (descriptions).
