- The synopsis is for a solicitation for Title II Construction Inspection Oversight Services services at Lajes Air Base, Azores, Portugal. The Contractor shall furnish the personnel, services, equipment, and other requirements necessary for, or incidental to, the Statement of Work (SOW) set forth herein at Lajes Field, Terceira, Azores, Portugal. The Contractor shall provide support to the 65th Civil Engineering Squadron (65 CES), Lajes Field, Azores, Portugal in accordance with Title II Inspection/Oversight Services to support both minor construction and MILCON projects associated with military family housing at the installation. North American Industry Classification System assigned to this acquisition is 541990. Period of performance will be for 18 Sep 2006 through 17 Sept 2007, with a one-year option, all of which will be included in the evaluation for award. Anticipated issue date for soliciation is 7 Aug 2006. It will be available via the Electronic Posting System (EPS). No bidders mailing list will be maintained.
