Description

This presolicitation notice is to replace presolicitation notice dated 18 April 2006. The work consists of the contractor furnishing all labor, tools, parts, materials, transportation and facilities necessary to perform all operations. The scope of work for this project includes to develop ecologically conditions and to enhance recreational opportunities at Mullins Pit, Eielson AFB, AK. This contract shall construct a boat launching ramp at the north end of Mullins Pit. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 237990 with a size standard of $31 million. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. This requirement is subject to the availability of funds. This acquisition is being solicited under full and open competition in accordance with FAR 36.204. THIS SOLICITATION IS PAPERLESS AND WILL BE AVAILABLE VIA INTERNET ONLY. Award will be a Firm Fixed Price contract and the total performance period is 90 calendar days. **NOTE: All contractors must be registered in the Centralized Contractor Registration (CCR) program in order to receive a contract award from any DOD activity. Contractors may access the Internet site at: http://www.ccr.gov to register and/or obtain information about the CCR program.** The solicitation will be available on or about 05 May 2006. A solicitation mailing list will not be maintained for this procurement. All solicitation documents will be available electronically and it is the responsibility of the offeror to register for notification of updates to this procurement via this website.
