Description: Kenney Flats Mowing This contract will involve the mowing and shredding of ponderosa pine, Douglas-fir, rocky mountain juniper and white fir trees less than 12 inches in diameter within ponderosa pine forest types. It also includes mowing and shredding of 50 to 70% of understory Gambel oak within the ponderosa pine forests and 60% of the Gambel oak and associated shrubs in a mosaic pattern within the mountain shrub type. The Contract has 3 Project Areas for a total of 875 acres. This project is set aside for those contractors that have an existing Fuels Reduction contract with the BLM. The solicitation for this project will only be made available from the Fed Biz Opps website - www.febbizopps.gov.
