- THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION ONLY - The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) intends to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis with the American Association of Poison Control Centers (AAPCC), 3201 New Mexico Avenue, NW., Suite 330, Washington, DC 20016. The purpose of this procurement is to obtain technical expertise and assistance from the AAPCC in the development and implementation of the Poison Help media campaign. The AAPCC?s expertise in toxicology and poison treatment/management and prevention education as well as their historical experience with the Poison Help campaign will be used by HRSA to ensure that campaign messages and materials include technically accurate and scientific-based information. Additionally, the AAPCC will provide technical assistance to HRSA by coordinating the distribution of campaign materials to poison centers and promoting the campaign at national public health conferences. This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 13, Simplified Acquisition. The period of performance for this project is 12 months. In accordance with FAR 13.106-1, a Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition is on file. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE.
