Description
The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Office of Womens Health (OWH) requires the professional services of a contractor to conduct a literature search on sex and gender-based systems/models of health care delivery and to prepare a comprehensive report on effective and efficient systems/models of care. The comprehensive report shall include a discussion of what is lacking in the health care system for women in America that prevents them from receiving quality care. This requirement is being solicited and awarded in accordance with FAR Subpart 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and is a Small Business Set Aside. The period of performance is 4 months from date of award. The Request for Quotation shall be posted August 4, 2006.
