Description: Overton Brooks VA Medical Center, Shreveport, Louisiana, is seeking a contractor to provide the following: 1. Chemotherapy drug (5FU) and related equipment and supplies to include tubing, needles, pump, etc. The dosage of the 5FU will be approximately 2400-3000 mg/m2 for a 48 hour period every 14 days for an undetermined length of time. 2. These supplies/service will be utilized in the treatment of three of the most common cancers treated at this medical facility. 3. The geographical area for VA patient population comprises Northwest Louisiana parishes of Caddo, Bossier, Webster, Claiborne, Union, Lincoln, Ouachita, Jackson, Bienville, DeSoto and Sabine; East Texas counties of Bowie, Cass, Marion, Harrison, Panola, Shelby, Rusk, Greg, Upshur and eastern section of Titus; Southwestern Arkansas counties of Columbia, Lafayette, Miller, Little River and Sevier.
