- Vendor to provide service to one (1) TCS system including echo components; MD Gareway unltrasound; TCS upgrade; Multi-modality workstation; upgrade of exisitng raid and DVD jukebox. Vendor shall provide telephone, fax, and email support Monday-Friday 9:00 Am - 5:00 Pm. for reported malfunctions, On-line modem support, remote installation of software packages, intergrity testing of network and devices. Software version upgrades. Vendor must provide documentation of qualifications and substantial experience in working with identified make and model instrument. Vendor must have proven access to OEM parts manuals and schematics to perforrm services. Vendor shall provide all labor, tools and equipment and parts required to perform emergency repairs on equipment. All equipment must be maintained in proper operating condition as specified by the manufacturer.Hours of coverage must be from 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Monday through Friday except federal holidays, except for where emergency repairs coverage is authorized.
