Description

The United States Property Fiscal Office for New Jersey(USPFO-NJ) desires to enter into a Cost Per Copy Program (CPCP) Service starting October 1, 2006 to support the entire New Jersey Army National Guard (NJARNG). It is the intent of the Government to enter into a firm-fixed price (FFP) contract for a period of one (1) Base year and four (4) option years. The Contractor's solution will provide all hardware, software, training, licenses, maintenance, supplies (less paper), etc. that are necessary for the execution of this contract. The program requires Twelve (12) machines providing 25 ppm copier/printer/fax, Fifty-five (55) machines providing 40 ppm copier/printer/fax and eleven (11) machines providing 60 ppm copier/printer/fax Contractor will pro vide no-hassle satisfaction guarantee for all aspects of the program. The Governments obligations under this contract shall be subject to availability of funds for any of the ensuing Fiscal Years. The Government intends to evaluate proposals and award a contract without discussions with Offerors. The solicitation number is W912KN-06-T-0025. All future information regarding the acquisition, including amendments, will be distributed solely through this website. Potential offerors are responsible for downloa ding their own copy of the solicitation (RFP) and amendments (if any) and monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information concerning this acquisition. The closing date for responses is not later then (NLT) 2:00 p.m. on August 25, 2006.
