The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Contracting & General Services Division in Portland, OR have a requirement at the Colusa National Wildlife Refuge, located south of Highway 20 at 6830 Hwy 20, Colusa, CA 95932 to procure a project that shall remove three small water control structures and install a flume style water control device. The field station's goal is to convey water from wetlands north of the J-Drain to a canal south of the J-Drain - selection process is "Best Value" (Experience & Past Performance). All shipping/freight charges should be included in the pricing as F.O.B. Destination. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK.
