Description

The Department of the Interior, National Business Center is Soliciting for non-personal services contract to provide support services to NBC contracting officer representatives. The government's Contracting Officer Representative (COR) Personnel of the Southwest Branch have the mission to provide technical support to the various contracting teams as well as liaise between Principle Investigators, Contract Specialists and customers. Currently the three in-house CORs supervise in excess of 250 contracts. The scope of this effort is to provide technical, programmatic/financial, and administrative support to DARPA, HSARPA, DTO, etc. for existing and future programs. The contractor shall provide the necessary services and materials to perform the following tasks: conduct technical analyses/assessment; program documentation reviews; technical progress and milestone tracking; prepare, update track Broad Agency Announcements; prepare and track technical, schedule, financial and budgetary data; assist in preparing program briefs and other project documentation. The solicitation shall be issued on or about 9 August 2006 with proposals due approximately 8 September 2006. The RFP will be posted at the following web site: http://www.nbc.gov/solicit.html.
