- Description
- The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service, Rocky Mountain Region (Region 8), intends to conduct a competitive procurement under solicitation number GS-08P-06-JE-D-3021 for Administrative Support Services. Support services will be provided in Denver and Boulder, CO; Salt Lake City, UT; Casper and Cheyenne, WY; Rapid City, SD; Billings and Helena, MT; and Bismarck, ND. The required services include but are not limited to Administrative and Clerical support. This procurement is a 100% 8(a) Small Business Set Aside. All eligible 8(a) firms may submit an offer that will be considered. Offerors will be required to submit both technical and price proposals for evaluation by GSA. Award will be made to that responsible firm whose proposal is determined to offer the best value to GSA. The applicable North American Industry Classification Code is 561110 and the size standard is $6.5 Million. The Government contemplates award of an Indefinite-Delivery-Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract as a result of the solicitation. The anticipated period of performance will be a one-year base period with four one-year option periods. The anticipated solicitation issue date is on or about August 11, 2006 with a solicitation closing date on or about September 13, 2006. The solicitation will identify the deadline for submission of any questions pertaining to the solicitation requirements; any questions submitted after that deadline may or may not be responded to at the option of GSA. All responses to questions, clarifications, and/or comments deemed necessary by the GSA Contracting Officer will be promulgated via amendment(s) to the solicitation. Offerors are advised to monitor the FedBizOpps website for issuance of the solicitation and to download any amendments issued during the solicitation period. No paper copies will be furnished.
